With novel and unique shapes, various structural systems, complex node structures and many forms of welded joints, the welding technology in component manufacturing and field installation is becoming more and more difficult. 3. There are many varieties and specifications of steels used, and more and more low-alloy high-strength structural steels and large thickness steels are used. With the continuous improvement of steel production technology, cast steel, austenitic stainless steel and composite steel plates are also used more and more. Therefore, it is required to conduct real-time weldability test of new steel types, explore scientific welding process parameters and formulate corresponding welding process measures according to the delivery status of the steel used before on-site construction.
